Longines, founded in 1832 in Saint-Imier, Switzerland, is celebrating its 190th anniversary this year. And three timepieces to commemorate the 190th anniversary were introduced through the Master collection. Let’s see it together from now on.
Presented in two pieces of 18K gold and one stainless steel case, the 190th Anniversary Edition of the Longines Master Collection is commonly produced in a diameter of 40 mm and a thickness of 9.35 mm. Above all, the detail of the dial is markedly different from the regular model. Twelve Arabian Numerals are delicately engraved rather than printed, revealing even more luxury.
The three versions of the dial color and finish were also treated differently. The steel version has a sandblasted silver color, the yellow gold version has a light gray dial with a vertical brushed finish, and the pink gold version has an anthracite color dial with ragged edges. It has a grain finish to give it a textured feel. Of course, the material of the dial is not gold, but the Arabic index exposed after engraving, as well as the hands, are treated in the same color as the case, and the vintage Longines logo and automatic markings are finished in a unified sense to maximize the overall elegance. A silver-colored chapter ring on the outside of the dial replaces the minute track.
The movement common to all three versions is the Longines Exclusive automatic caliber L888.5, a modification of the ETA A31.L11 based on the ETA 2892 (with a frequency of 3.5 Hz and a power reserve of about 72 hours). Although originally a caliber with a date function, the date window on the dial was removed so that the classic design was not compromised. Equipped with a silicone balance spring that is not affected by magnetism, it is backed by a 5-year international warranty, like all replica Longines products with silicone springs. The movement can also be admired on the transparent sapphire crystal caseback. The waterproof specification is 30m.fake watches
All three versions are fitted with a matte gray alligator leather strap. The steel and pink gold versions have a triple-folding clasp that is easy to attach and detach with a so-called push-piece opening mechanism, and the yellow gold version has a different gold pin buckle.
The Longines Master Collection 190th Anniversary Edition is a limited edition of 190 pieces each, in yellow gold version (Ref. L2.793.6.73.2) and pink gold version (Ref. L2.793.8.73.2), and in steel version (Ref. L2). .793.4.73.2) is not the only limited edition. The domestic release price was set at 15.2 million won each for the two gold versions and 3.1 million won for the steel version.
